The products we offer for the railway industry are subject to special standards due to the high loads involved. Therefore, our hot-forged die forgings have certifications from both PKP Cargo and TUV NORD, as well as a DB certificate. This means that our services and products meet all required quality standards. In addition to hot forging or mechanical processing, our forgings undergo processes such as shot blasting and cold and hot calibration. We also have the capability to perform surface defect inspections using magnetic defectoscopy and conduct metallographic and strength testing.
