The "OSOWIEC" Forge produces hot-forged steel die forgings ranging in weight from 0.1 kg to 25 kg.

OUR OFFER INCLUDES: 

• Production of forgings based on provided documentation or a sample product.
• Preparation of forging documentation using CAD/CAM spatial techniques, taking into account our forging technology.
• Manufacturing of forging tools.
• Heat treatment and mechanical processing.
• Shot blasting.
• Cold and hot calibration.

Upon customer request, we also provide:

• Surface defect inspection using magnetic defectoscopy.
• Metallographic and strength testing.

Matricial forging is carried out on air hammers:

• MPM 3150 with an impact energy of 3150 kGm.
• MPM 3000 and MPM 10000 with an impact energy of 10000 kGm.
