Our hot-forged forgings, used as equipment components for the mining industry, are produced through a die forging method, ensuring the precision of our products. Forgings weighing from 0.2 to 25 kg are utilized in conveyors (various types of scraper bars and clamps), mining equipment such as mining machines (blades and blade holders), and they also serve as various components for mining chains (links, hooks).

The products we offer for the railway industry are subject to special standards due to the high loads involved. Therefore, our hot-forged die forgings have certifications from both PKP Cargo and TUV NORD, as well as a DB certificate. This means that our services and products meet all required quality standards. In addition to hot forging or mechanical processing, our forgings undergo processes such as shot blasting and cold and hot calibration. We also have the capability to perform surface defect inspections using magnetic defectoscopy and conduct metallographic and strength testing.

We offer our customers hot-forged die forgings. Their weight range spans from 0.2 kg to 25 kg. Upon the special request of the customer, we can provide heat treatment and mechanical processing, including threading. Our hydraulic forgings are largely used in cylinders for machinery in industries such as mining, construction, and manufacturing equipment.

Hooks, suspension components, and steering system elements are areas of agricultural and automotive mechanization where you can find our hot-forged die forgings. Thanks to the possibility of mechanical or heat treatment, as well as metallographic and strength testing, which we perform upon customer request, our products are known for their high quality and durability.

The Osowiec Forge produces transport brackets DOR with allowable loads of 5T, 8T, 12.5T, 20T, and 25T used in the shipbuilding industry.
